I'm Dr. Jackie Henry—a psychologist, wellness consultants, and mom of four—writing about micro-bravery, burnout recovery, compassionate productivity, and the courage to begin before you're sure.

I believe that meaning isn't found in one grand gesture.
It lives in the small, daily moments of work, marriage, friendship, and parenting.
